Where stories begin
Inspired by life, family and a very special dog
Sharing stories with children has been one of Doreen’s favourite parts of teaching for over twenty years. She also loved reading and making up stories with her own two children when they were young.
Her first children’s book was inspired by her much-loved golden retriever, Skye, whose personality and adventurous spirit helped bring the story to life.
